I made homemade chili yesterday so it would be really good tonight for supper (I like it a day old) and before I even had breakfast this morning, I entered in my calorie information for the amount of chili I knew I would be eating tonight along with the baked tostitos chips and the shredded cheese I would want with it too! That way my supper was already recorded and I knew exactly how much or how little I would be allowed to have from breakfast until it was time for my chili supper!! It worked out super super well!!!!

PERFECT! That's what I love about fatsecret is how we can put a recipe in the program and it will tell us all the nutrition info including calories per serving!!! The program on here is better than Weight Watchers and I had to pay for that site so I stopped using it!
