Challenge Forum: Last Few Laps

I've decided to bite the bullet and complete my daily work outs in the morning, before work. That's right 6 am workouts! Shock I'm up for the challenge and looking forward to the results. As much as I don't like waking up at 5 am I'm confident the extra energy and faster metabolism will more than make up. What are others doing to get those last pounds off?
