Hi, I have started fat secret to see if the app is easier to use for tracking. Tried a fewWink so I came across this challenge and will start with you all in the morning.
I have jojoed for years but feel that I am ready to commit. I started with a horrible blood test result and realized if not now then when?!

Lookingbto hear about very simple meal options that are mostly plant based protein rich and clean meals. Plus snack options and how to refine muscle/skin after you lose weight
