today is our first day
i apologize again for being late i just finished my finals Smile
however here my meals for today
break fast it was a green salad with a 60 gram no fat cheese with ( bread ) as result i wont eat any other fats today and coffee ( if u want eggs your are allowed to eat 3 eggs (one of them with its yellow and the other 2 just the white and for sure no cheese in this case )

my lunch i'm eating it right now ( 200 gm of grilled meat with no fat /oil ) PS: DO NOT ADD SALT if u cant add a lil

my dinner will be 2 slices of no fat cheese or one slice of cheese and the other one of turkey

PS: DRink before your meals ( 2 glasses of water 30 mins before each meal ) u can lose 5 lbs in the first week if u didnt add salt since it keep the water in ur body

you are allowed for 1 fruit only and u can eat vig when ever you want as much as u want but not tomato ( just the green vig) and dont eat after 6 pm
have fun
and keep motivated ( my training will be at 6 pm )
that kinda strict but i found it the best way for me and it is the best for you as well ( the first 3 days are the hardest )
