Refined sugars less than 4 days per week

Guidelines:
It's as simple as it sounds - don't eat foods with added sugar more than 4 days per week. It does count "sugar free" substitutes like diet soda, sugar-free candy, etc. Exceptions granted for honey. Fresh or frozen fruit doesn't count as added sugar, but juices do.
