Everyone ready to stay motivated over the holiday? We've created 12 fun mini challenges to help keep you focused on your diet. However - the true power of this challenge is in YOU. Post to your diet and exercise calendar - write in your journal. Then post in the forum to help others. It only takes 10 minutes a day and will help you get thorugh the holidays with less stress and more pride in your new healthy lifestyle.

We are going to offer some $10 Amazon gift certificates drawn randomly from participants of SOME challenges. We will randomly pick a minimum of 5 challenges to offer a prize for. Ties will be picked by admins, via a draw. Winners will be posted here. If you are unable to accept the prize then you can award it at your choice to someone else in the challenge who can use it.

The goal is to have fun and stay motivated.

Sounds like great fun and will do my best. Winter's not the best time for me because of pain issues but this is a great time of year to stick to plan. My goal is to not gain back weight and to keep my blood sugar in check. Doing good so far BUT Yule is just around the corner. Thanks bunches for the invite Suzanne! ♥

I don't have pain, and I can understand how that makes it difficult for you to lose weight. But, I am in the middle of Mennonite Country, which makes it difficult to exercise. And, sometimes because there is nothing 'fun' to do, our option is to sit around, visit, watch movies - and of course eat. Very little of our main diet is low sugar or low fat - quite the opposite.

Great Challenge! I love the idea of journalling times when I turn down treats because I think it's nice to keep myself on track by positive feedback reminding me when I make good decisions.

Good morning everyone - I hope there are some excited people out there.

Off to a great start - but that is nothing new for me. I need to keep it going for the whole challenge. Got to the gym this morning and logged 270 calories burned. Stopped at the grocery store and picked up some more vegetables. Made my oatmeal and blueberry breakfast and stop by to check in. Will check in again later.

I'm off to a good start, this is my first challenge, is there something special I need to do to complete each challenge?

Sounds like everyone is doing well so far! I am too! Luckily I was able to go in to work on Sunday and avoid a bad episode of sitting on the couch or stuffing my face. I find when I'm busy and out of the house that watching my calories becomes far easier!

I'm enjoying this challenge!

Looks like we have a great group in this challenge. I've watched the weigh ins. It looks like we are going great guns, green, lots of green on the challenge pages.

Very Happy
