I just started a weight loss challege with my Community Center. I need something to keep me motivatead and on track! I am excited for this to begin and to motivate myself for success here. I have about 110 pounds to lose. My goal is to lose at least 35# during my weight loss challenge - hoping this will help me reach my goal!
