Easy switch - flavored gum gives you the sweet you crave, minus almost all of the calories!

Guidelines:
Easy trick for weight loss - take your salad dressing, hollandaise, mayo, General Tso's and other fattening sauces and simply ask for them on the side! Then YOU control the serving amount! Or, if you can, get the flavor of foods from seasonings, rather than sauces.
