Giving up sugar is a really hard one. Personally I find that if I eat snacks through out the day, it helps curb my cravings. I'm choosing not to eat any processed and low fat foods, because they hide a lot of sugar in it to boost the flavour. If I avoid sugar altogether, I find that in a couple of days I don't even crave it any more. It's going to be hard, but try to avoid sugar - and you'll see results faster.
