Sourzpatch's Keeping it Simple 3 month 30lb Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
well i have already started to work out 3 times a week on mon,wed &fri. I run/walk on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I do other workouts like abs,arms legs as well. Its really hard but sometimes if had the support it would be a little easier.
