NightShiftLooser Buddy! I am proud of you for being able to get through 5 days of working out! I think I heard somewhere it takes 21 days of doing something (3 weeks) before it become a habit. After two more weeks, getting up and moving will be 'natural' part of our day. I had a great week too. I see the results :-) I feel the results. Here's to committing to another successful week of Fitting in Fitness!
