Doing well keeping my carbs down to the desired goal. Went a bit over on protein at lunch - made the mistake of calculating it after the fact because usually it's the carbs I goof on. Weigh the same as I did when I started the challenge based on my Sunday weight. Will see if things have improved per the doctor's scale tomorrow which is probably more accurate. Discovered that pie crust (had quiche yesterday) increases my blood sugar significantly even 7 hours later. Will experiment with making a crustless pumpkin pie with Splenda and fat free evaporated milk for Thanksgiving. Bet I won't have to fight anybody for a slice of that...
