Hey Wilso... I have felt your pain when out of town... find a grocery store and get salad and green juices, fruit and such.. not sure what kind of diet you're on, but if you snack on fruits and veggies (a bag of baby carrots and great right out of the bag), hummus and whole grain chips or crackers, it'll keep you snacking on the right stuff, and keep you out of the drive thru lines. Even stuff you think is better, like their salads or wraps, are LOADED with calories.. keep a 1 liter water bottle with you and keep filling it.... also, Zone Perfect or Luna bars are really awesome exchanges for a snickers. Keep going, it'll get better!
