tinker40's Eating Better NO EXCUSES Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
Had a good bkfst. 2 eggs, sausage and sliced tomato. This is in keeping on my program

went out to boston mkt last night, ordered 1/2 rot chicken, green beans, and spinach. Made the right choices, and brought home some spinach and the chicken breast part of the meal.

I think being in this challenge is a great help. Also talking to others re: diet plan journey, not only helps me but helps others. When you talk it help keep the motivation moving

making a better effort to journal my food, so I have something to look back on, after my next weigh in. Also am eating more ok food, which might help the scale move. Found my calorie intake for last week was low, and didn't have enought veggies in it. So making a concentrated effort to do more veggies.

Here it is, Aug. 23rd and boy my scale looks like its starting to move. The amount of food I am eating is making me nervous, but I am sticking to my plan, eating my veggies, drinking my water. I can see that my calorie count is up to where it should have been all along. My net carbs seem a little higher than I would like,but there are some issues in what my Atkins book says and what is recorded here. So just going to let them do there own thing and hope they balance out.
