Thanks, i'm on the alternate day diet, on up days you eat normally (within your daily recommended calories) then on down days you eat between 500-600 calories, down days can be really tough but if you choose foods wisely it's ok i usually eat rice cakes, weight watchers soup and loads of salad and veg on down days to keep hunger at bay.
