I'm not sure what the lack of voiding is about. Maybe your body is getting used to that amount of water. Not so sure, but you're doing great! Keep up the good work!

Thanks Stacy :) I needed some encouragement today! As for the water retention, I think I'm eating too much sodium. I started trying to cut back on that today. We'll see what happens. I can't understand why you're not losing. I was sad for you today when I saw your weigh-in hadn't changed :/ Are you sure you're still in Ketosis? Maybe try going back to 20 carbs a day for a while and leave out the candy bar-type snacks and the fizzy drinks. A lot of people are stalled out by those. Also, you might try eating most of your carbs early in the day and only small amounts at nighttime. Whatever you do, don't give up!! It'll happen for you. We just have to figure out what the issue is :)

Also, it helped me to start keeping track again on here of what I'm eating. I had been going over and didn't realize it.

I am a little bit frustrated. This is the second time I've stalled since starting last May. The last stall was for 6 weeks. I've dropped back down to induction and will see how that changes things. I just want to know how someone who is anorexic can lose weight and I can't!! Bleh!
