A place to provide support and encouragement...
 
Yesterday biked 11 miles, walked 2 miles, 180 situps abmachine, 15 pushups, and 5 pullups. Breakfast cup of oj, plain coffee,wholewheat 4 cheese eggplant sandwich and strawberry yogurt 3%. Lunch Tmill icecafe gave in to vulnerbility and grassness. Worse yet, dinner, Rivka's delicious small palmashan casserole two heaping portions and two bowls of salad with Italian dressing. I read this and weep. I am so pathetic, weak, insecure, and miserable. Weigh in today same as yesterday. No gain, no restrain, no brain, and can't contain due to unwillness to stand the pain. Uhg.
