Having to write every food in the diary, makes me think about the food.

Felt sick on my way in to work this morning, took it easy all day today. Didn't eat right because I felt sick to my stomach most of the day. Took so Pepto at lunch and felt better in the afternoon. Not sure what caused it, will eat some yogurt to get my stomach back to normal.

On the 16th I felt bad most of the day. Took more Pepto bismol to help calm my stomach. Thought a chicken salad sandwich form chick-fil-a would be easy on my stomach and it was. Was not able to do exercise because of afraid I would puke it up. Was able to go to work in the afternoon cause I knew it would not be strenuous to work at NM location as it is small right now.

Still felt bad most of the day. As I was making the salad dressing up, I found the drinkable balsamic vinegar and made some for me. My stomach felt much better after that. Also, had some wine at dinner, so don't know which one helped more. Did some of the exercise tonight, sit ups, squats and 30 pushups. Was not able to do scissor crunches or lunges today. Hope my stomach is better tomorrow.

For Monday, 7/18 I Went to work even though my stomach was still not quite right. Tried to walk around as much as i could. Was not able to do the exercises.

On the 20th when I got back from helping with the grands, I realized my stomach was much better. Started to do exercises, was able to to squats, sit ups plank and pushups. was not able to to elbow to opposite knee, my head didn't like the motion tonight. was able to do some of the exercises in Jenna Wolfe's book, apple pickers, crab kicks, standing leg lifts.

Today I was able to do all the exercises and I added a few more for Jenna Wolfe's book again. I feel so much better today than I did a couple days ago.
