Ok I started this yesterday. I only walked for 30 minutes cuz I worked.. But at work I do a lot of walking and I try and take stairs...I want to get to taking the stairs all the time. I work on the 7th floor so that would help alot. I am so fat right now that my back and knees hurt if I try to jog, which used to be my exercise of choice. I NEED to lose this wt just so I can get more active. Walked,jogged to day for an hr...day off. Will need to do more. Good luck to all.
