new eating habbits are starting to set in. Goal: lose ten pounds by end of march. Goal: Exercise forty mins every other day. Goal: Keep on making family brkfst, lunch, and dinner. Goal: Eat more fish. ick Goal: Get to 145 by the end of summer (with lots of muscle back).
