So we are looking at abput 100 oz of water. One can of soda is twelve oz so its equal to about eight cans of soda. When losing weight and exercising 1/2 your weight in oz is the recommended water intake. It helps flush out many of the processes things we take in tiring. The day. I would try to drink one bottle of water each hour. Most of is are up for about 12 hours a day - just refill an enviornmentally safe reusable water bottle (Target has great ones) and sip on your water each hour until it is gone and refill on the hour. Even of you don't hit every hour - in a 12 hour day you have 4 hours of leaway. even if you don't quite got your target your water intake should be higher than what it was in the past. GOOD LUCK!!! You CAN do this!!!!
