A place to provide support and encouragement...
The water intake is actually going pretty well. I am trying not to be concern with the weight as much as I am keeping focused on my calorie counting, water intake and my challenges....15 minute work outs a day and 25 crunches...who would have thought that 25 crunches a day would hurt so much....not looking forward to next wee when I do 50!!!!! :0) Good luck everyone!!!!
