phenchick's Drink More WATER! Trying for at least 64oz. Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
how much is too much water? I work at a desk and keep it right beside me and find that I drink on it all day. next thing I know I have drunk OVER 64. Sometimes almost double. That cant be good can it?

It is ok, as long as you space out the water comsumption. I read somewhere that you should drink at least a 1/3 of your daily consumption before you go to bed, so your body can do it's work cleansing at night while you sleep. Have you ever woke up completed dehydrated & lacking energy? that's what you don't want to happen.
