drmcdougaller's Lose 10lbs by the Holidays Wall
A place to provide support and encouragement...
I can not use the treadmill either because it hurts my knees too. I use the eliptical machines at my gym and no hurt knees. Plus, my gym just put in two different types of eliptical type machines and so I have a variety of these types of machines to choose from and I do not get bored with just the same old cardio workout. Try the eliptical next time or a bike it might help. Good luck.
