Drinking the 8 glasses of water is not very challanging, but the drinking and extra glass of water for every cup of coffee is.

I am drinking the water faithfully....Not too difficult of a challange. The walking daily may be more of a challange, but to keep it easy I can only walk to the corner if that is on the days I may hate to go. GO, JULIE, IF IT IS ONLY TO THE CORNER. It is time to get a habit going and it takes 21 days to change a habit. Theree (3) little weeks.
