So I'm still learning how to navigate the social aspect of fatsecret. Just saw your post about the sleep patterns. In my mind, as long as you're working on improving, you're doing great. I used to have this massive internal argument with myself every night. "If I just wear a pony tail tomorrow, I won't have to do my hair and I can stay up a bit later." "If I eat out for lunch, I don't have to take the time to pack myself a lunch." And my favorite, "I'll catch up on my sleep this weekend." And that way I could justify staying up later and later and later. And it was all BS. This may sound crazy but I've started weighing myself in the middle of the night when I go to the bathroom and then seeing that I've lost even more weight when I get up in the morning. I know that if I only got 4 hours of sleep, I wouldn't have lost that additional weight that shows up on the scale when I finally get out of bed. A little obsessive, yes, but to me it's a motivator to get that extra sleep. Good luck to you! If you're trying, you're succeeding!!
