I am learning how to manage my weight loss through awareness of how much I put in my mouth countered by how much I move. It is becoming a very good skill for me. Awareness. Wow. I have ignored myself for years. Now I notice how certain foods make me feel. Some just seem so heavy. I actually crave salad because Iknow it makes my body feel better. I look forward to its benefits.
