A place to provide support and encouragement...
I'm trying to increase my activity how ever possible but, its difficult. I am usually exhausted by the time I get home and there's not much time before bed but, there has to be a way... Also, I am at 148+ as of today but, concerned about my long weekend in Miami destroying my tiny bit of progress during this "challenge". I really need to let loose so, drinking is a necessity. However, I am trying to figure out a balance or "trade off" that will allow me to indulge a little on food, and a little more in alcohol. Wondering just how much calories are burnt dancing all night...
