Hey Do you have the FS app on your phone. From the app, you can track your foods while you are on the go. It also has a barcode scanner. You can scan the food so you don't have to put in all the nutritional value. That helps me out alot and thats how I am able to track everyday. We don't always have access to a PC but the cellphone is pretty dandy. Keep aiming at your regular exercise. It doesn't have to be a workout dvd or going to the gym. It can be simple things like taking the stairs or parking further away. You can start off small like getting a pedometer and aiming for 10,000 steps a day. If you meet that goal, that more than 30 minutes a day. Hope this helps.
