Whoop Whoop Stuck to the Nutri System Food and hammered out 21 miles @ 19+mph ave. Weigh in tomorrow to see if this torture is working and Velo @ 7am I need 40 miles minimum. Thinking I need to ride to the ride and cut off to get home with 40 miles. Tomorrow is gonna be a tough day
