just wanted to say I noticed you put failed on mini challenge but I think it means high calorie foods that are not in your diet plan, like high calorie snacks, chips, candy, etc...I too eat some high calorie foods but I am LCHF and its on my plan and I consider it a win if I stick to it!

Hmmmm...when I get time I'll ask for clarification. I do eat treats as well, but they're all planned out several days in advance.
