"I have in to starch cravings this week and ate chex snax, made out of cold cereal cereal and little things containing white flour and sugar. I've been restricting starch of this kind for a year and I need a break. This challenge came a bit late, maybe. But I'm having less restless leg syndrome at night, the jeans are fitting better, and the weight is still slowly coming down. I am trying not to eat starch."
