2/8 - no crunches yesterday so today I did 200 today. ugh. But not as bad as the first 100 a week ago.

2/11 - 100 situps - once again I did not want to...but now that feels sort of normal. I'm thinking in my next challenge I will rotate 100 a days - situps, pushups, dips, squats, lunges, stretch, and...?

2-12 100 situps 2-13 missed them 2-14 200 to make up for yesterday 2-15 back on the normal schedule - roll out of bed to floor, sit up 100 times, start the day. I'm liking that my belly looks a little flatter and I feel a little stronger.

2/23 - missed yesterday so 200 today...getting really tired of this... BUT my stomach looks better and my pants are looser.

2/24,25,27 yes - 2/26, 28 - no. So if I go home and do 300 sit ups I can say I kicked butt on this challenge. Or rather kicked gut! That is motivating.
