You should have more then coffee for breakfast try having some toast or a cereal bar other wise by lunch you'll be starving and overeat. You're trying though so keep up the Good Work and God Bless.

Don't get hung up on this challenge if you only able to do 15min that's Great! Try to add 5 min. a day or every other day and soon you'll be up to 30 min. without trying. This challenge is about reprogramming your body and mind so that exercise becomes a part of you're everyday routine any bit of exercise is Great. So keeep up the Good work and soon you'll be shedding weight like you never thought you would KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and God Bless
