I've lost 3 pounds in 24 hours, but I know that is water weight. I've gone to the gym 2 days in a row. I'm excited to get back to my dream body. This is helping me to stay focused, I real incentive so this is making it fun.

I started my period this week and I have back on the weight that I lost in water. I took a water pill to expel some of the water but I am still bloated. I also ate a little bad over the last few days to fuel my needs. I am so depressed by my weight gain, but I am not giving up. I will get my body back one way or another.
