Suzi Cue, you've lost THREE POUNDS! Way to to, sister! (MY actual sister's name was Susan, and we sometimes called her Susie-Q, but she died two years ago. Sigh.) Glad you reported in, so I can rejoice with you on your great weiht loss! I also went back and looked at your Food Diary and see that you almost always keep your Net Carbs below 30g, that you Exercise EVERY day, and that you almost always eat less than 1,000 calories per day. When you weigh as little as you do to start with, it's a lot harder to drop the pounds than it is when you weigh over 200-lbs, as I do. Keep up the GREAT work, @Suzi Cue, and keep reporting in. It makes me very happy to see how you're doing!

Thanks, Debbie. I do exercise most every day. I don't think I could lose without it. Still having difficulty meeting fiber requirements.
