I like your progress. We have similar goals. I see that you are doing well. I started out well but I am stumbling now. Really battling with discipline. Do you have any tips/tricks on that?

My disipline comes from restricting myself to bad food only on the weekend. Also I excercise with saran wrap around my stomach and thighs my "fat" areas and that has help me sweat more.
