If you are struggling getting into ketosis, try going 100% meats, eggs and butter for a week. 100 grams of cheese and dry salami can make a good snack on the go. Remember that your body can convert proteins into glucose, which then has the effect of consuming carbs so limit protein intake. Think of it as a high fat / restricted carb diet. (NOT high protein) The smallest amount of carbs will throw you out of ketosis if you do not exercise that same day. Watch out not to consume large quantities of breath mints (tic tacs, altoids, etc.) and chewing gum. I think people don't realize how many grams of sugar they can consume eating those.
