Rough day yesterday, huh, @Irishnabb? Remember, increasing your Exercise can be something as simple as parking a few spaces farther away at work, or doing 11 sit-ups instead of 10. I see you are on your OWN diet! Unless you are striving for a LC/HF-Keto WOE, don't worry about achieving (or even recording) the Net Carbs and 60% Calories from Fat. Hope you get back on schedule soon! Keep trying, and you'll succeed, and the scales will be forced to show it!
