GREAT JOB on reproting in your Day #1 progress, @MamaB1517! WOW! 120-oz of water! I've been having trouble just getting down 62 oz lately. Just havent wanted water AT ALL! Congratulations on losing 1.2 pounds on your very first day of this week's challenge! Great precedent for the remainder of the week! Keep up the great work!

Thank you. I stopped drinking soda so I drink water with crystal light instead now. I hate plain water but the crystal light helps me get my water down.

WOW, @MamaB1517! 5.2 pounds and the week's not even over yet!!! You're doing GREAT on keeping all of the mini goals -- even the Fiber (which is the hardest for most people)! I'm very proud of you, and so is your scale, apparently!!! I've been having a hard time drinking water lately, too, so I made some "sun tea" and am sweetinging it with Stevia. Goes down much more easily than just the water!
