GREAT JOB reporting in for your Day #1 progress, Deborah! Remember that "increasing" your exercise/activity can be something as simple as parking a few spaces farther away at the grocery store or at work, or STANDING on TV commercials instead of sitting through them. Also, unless you are going for the LC/HF-Keto WOE, you don't need to concern yourself with getting the Fat up. That's only effective if you are able to cut your Net Carbs to 30 or less per day. You're doing GREAT, and even have a Day #1 weight loss to show for it! Keep up the great work!

GREAT JOB reporting in every day, Deborah! SUPER job getting in your Fiber almost every day -- that is usually the hardest thing for everyone! You're making great progress, and that scale will start moving down more quickly! Remember, if you're not trying to stick to a Keto WOE, you don't need to check anything for the Net Carbs or Fat. Glad to have you in my challenges! In addition to the weekly Daily Accountability challenges, I will have a 2nd Swimsuit Slimdown challenge starting on 5/20.
