Great job of reporting in your Day #1 results, @hbfgvv! I would encourage you to work on your Fiber goal. The 20g/day goal is BELOW the RDI for both men and women and is really just a starting place. Be sure you keep drinking your Water, though, as you increase Fiber, or you will get constipated, Keep up the great work!

Thanks Debbie. The fiber challenge is particularly tough for me. I check my intake and I think I got to 20 Gm, may be on 5 days in the past 6 weeks,I have been on this journey. Haven't joined the mini challenge, as I am concentrating on getting more exercise and increasing my protein intake. I am also trying to keep my carbs below 50%. Not an easy task for a rice eater like me. We grew up on rice as main dish for lunch and dinner, 365 days a year. It is our Way Of Eating in a lot of South Asian countries. LOL!

You've been doing a GREAT JOB of reporting in each day and on being successful in the mini-goals you've selected for your WOE! Have you tried the "High-Fiber One-Minute Flax Muffin Pancakes" recipe yet? One muffin (which I cut up as pancakes and serve with butter and Walden Farms Calorie-Free Pancake Syrup) has more than HALF of your RDI for Fiber, and it tastes REALLY good! Thanks Debbie! Yes, I have made your Flax muffin twice! They are delicious. I ate 1/2 each day and it did get my fiber up on those days. I think I will join the Fiber challenge from next week, so I will be more accountable and try harder on the fiber front.
