Hi! I’m trying to figure out how this works b/c it’s totally different from the app! I’m recording everything I “bite” (not to be confused with things that BITE! 😂) through the app. I’m going to record today’s weigh in where it says “weigh in and report”. Hopefully this gets my name on the Challenge board. Have a wonderful day!😊🎈

Yes, your name is on the challenge board! Make sure, whether you are recording just your weight or your mini-challenges that you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and hit the SAVE button, otherwise everything you entered will be lost when you move off the page. Remember, if you're not doing a Keto WOE, you don't need to mark anything next to Net Carbs or % of Fat. Only mark the mini's that you are trying to achieve. If you hae a different Net Carb goal (i.e., if you want to get less than 50g per day), go ahead and mark it as successful when you accomplish YOUR goal! Just leave me a little note in the Optional comments to let me know that's what you're doing. Keep up the great work and the great weight loss! BRAVO for you!!!
