Great job on losing a pound already! Sre you trying to reach the Water, Fiber and Exercise goals? Remember, all you have to do is MORE exercise than you USUALLY do to be able to score a win for that. If you're having trouble drinking the water, I've been making "Sun Tea" and sweetening it with Stevia, and it helps me to get the water down. Some people add Crystal Light, or use their water to make hot tea or coffee. Keep up the good work!
