Since your therapist is limiting you to 4-6 oz of water per hour, I'd suggest getting the little 8-oz bottles, and just take 1-1/2 to 2 hours to drink each one. You could set a timer on your phone and know that you have to finish the bottle by the time the timer goes off. If you're able to get most of the water in at work, you won't have to drink a lot right before bedtime.
