@pjk46 - the very low carbs and high fat are for people who are doing the Keto WOE. If you're not doing Low-Carb/High-Fat just ignore those. pjk, the 60% fat is for people who are following a LCHF -low carb high fat diet. Eating fat doesn't make you fat. It only makes fat if it's combined with too much carbs. Carbs stimulate insulin which makes fat, but eating fat doesn't cause insulin. Go to dietdoctor.com to watch a video about it. Many dieters on this site are LC/HF eaters, also called Keto.
