GREAT JOB reporting in for Day #1 and Day #2, @phcabrervi1! Remember, if you're not on a Keto or Low-Carb/High-Fat Way of Eating, just disregard the minis about Carbs and Fats. Everybody should try to get at LEAST 20 grams of Fiber and drink the water, though - so GREAT JOB on those! Keep up0 the good work!
