GREAT JOB on reporting your Day #1 results, @dboza! SUPER job on getting in your Fiber the first day! That is the mini people usually struggle with the most. Be sure that you are drinking plenty of Water with that Fiber, though, or you will get constipated. Keep up the great work! The scale WILL come down!

I make a 90second flax bread that has plenty of fiber. One savory for breakfast with eggs and bacon. Then one sweetened with sf Torani syrup for dessert after dinner. I do struggle with getting the water in.

I've been struggling with the water lately, too. Some days it is EASY, and some days I just have NO desire to drink it! UGH!
