Hey guys! I have recently lost over 10 lbs just by simply changing my diet to focus on eating real food! I was so addicted to food and sugar especially junk food. I knew what I should and should not eat to lose weight. Though the real problem was my willpower always got defeated. Only after reading this useful article I found online, then I realize it is in fact not my willpower to take the blame.
