So this is me. 56 yrs old. Over 200 lbs, with the ultimate goal of getting back to 130 at best. My weight is heaviest around my belly, butt and thighs. I'm lucky that I am still healthy, no diabetes, cholesterol, or high blood pressure issues,and I take no meds. My children are 34 and 32, with 5 grandsons, and a granddaughter arriving in October. My wish is to have a family pic taken this December with my husband and all the kids/grandkids, and not be embarrassed by my figure. I have decided to make exercise my job! I home cook every day. We eat healthy food, just too big of helpings. So, rein in the portions, and exercise to help speed up metabolism. Wish me luck.

YOU GOT THIS!!! GOOD LUCK, DO NO THINK YOU NEED IT. I AM 53 YEARS YOUNG TRYING TO LOOSE ABOUT 60 LBS OR MORE IF I CAN. NO ONE THINKS I NEED TO LOOSE THAT MUCH, TALL SO I CAN HIDE IT BETTER I GUESS.
